For heavy flow, we advise you to go with the regular cup :)
3. Can I use them with an IUD?
Menstrual cup can be used even if you;re using an Intrauterine Device (IUD). However, you may need to have to consult your gynecologist for further advise.
4. Does removing them get messy?
Removing a menstrual cup can be messy for a first timer or if you’re not used to the routines. But with practice, you should be able to do it flawlessly!
5. Can I use the cup if I’m a virgin?
Yes, you can use a menstrual cup even if you’re a virgin.
However, it does require the user to be comfortable with their body and period cycle. Since virgin’s vaginal muscles tend to be more tense, inserting the cup into the bodymight be a bit more difficult.
If it feels uncomfortable when you try to insert the cup, don’t force it. Perhaps, you may want to consider other factors too since there are widely spread myth that makes people believe punctured hymen equals to loosing your virginity.
6. How to clean the cups?
First, you need to remove your cup and empty the contents. Then, simply wash the cup under cold or warm water and then re-insert. You may also use our Boyfriend Intimate Wet Wipes to clean your cup ;)
